At Looma Fashion, we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly and safely! We aim to make the shipping process as easy and transparent as possible. Please read the details below for information about our shipping and delivery process.

1. Processing & Shipping Time:

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 7-9 business days, depending on your location.

  • We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Shipping Protection:

To ensure your package arrives safely, we offer Shipping Protection at an additional cost of $4.99 CAD. Shipping Protection covers any shipping-related issues such as lost, damaged, or delayed packages. It’s an optional service, and you can add it at checkout.

3. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • You can track the status of your order using this link on our tracking page.

  • Please note: Tracking information may take some time to appear, as it must pass through multiple systems before becoming active. If your tracking link shows no updates after 5 business days, please contact us at support@loomafashion.ca.

4. International Shipping & Customs Fees:

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. If your order is shipping internationally, customs fees and taxes may apply, and the recipient is responsible for any additional charges.

5. Delays:

  • While we strive to meet the estimated delivery time, please note that delays beyond our control may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

  • If your order is delayed significantly, please contact us for assistance.

6. Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 30 days at support@loomafashion.ca with photos of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
